Who Has Access
Anyone with a company email address gets an account the first time they sign in. This page is where you see who has, and take it away again.

How This Works
- Adding someone — there is nothing to do. They go to the sign-in page, enter their work email, and get a code. Their account is created on the spot and attached to your organisation.
- Removing someone — press Remove. They are signed out immediately, everywhere, and cannot sign back in.
- Their call history stays. Removing access never deletes what they did. That record is the point of having one.
- Billers queue calls and see their own.
- Managers are billers who can also map carrier lines — running mapping calls and writing a payer's phone-menu script. They cannot change people, roles or settings.
- Administrators can do all of that, plus this page, Settings and the open-items board.
